This morning two Fulton County school buses collided after a third car pulled in front in of the first bus causing it to “stop short”. The second bus as a result rear-ended the first leaving seven students on board with injuries. The injured students were taken to Wellstar Cobb Hospital and treated for neck and back pains. It is not clear if the driver of the second bus was cited for the accident or not. Regardless of whether a citation was issued or not, the injured parties may have a claim against the insurance of the school or the at fault bus driver himself for driving the bus in a negligent manner.
