Georgia’s dangerous roadways claim yet another teen driver’s life as J.C. Ferrel, a Central High School student, lost control of his vehicle and died as a result on Monday night. The 17-year-old honor student and athlete was returning home from work when his vehicle apparently hydroplaned off Highway 166 in Bowden. The Carroll County accident marks yet another tragic loss of life on our State’s roadways and interstates. Unfortunate accidents like this illustrate why it is so important to always wear your seatbelt and to also be aware of the conditions around you-doing so might just save a life and prevent accidents like this one.
