Weinberg, recently filed the first of what we expect to be a number of lawsuits on behalf of those adversely affected by the salmonella outbreak at an Arby’s in Lowndes County Georgia this past August. As this article in the Valdosta Daily Times notes, many of those who contracted salmonella from this Arby’s location in Valdosta, Georgia had to seek emergency medical attention for their injuries.
At this time, there have been over 72 cases reported to the Department of Human Resources Division of Public Health in connection with the Arby’s salmonella outbreak. Our firm is currently investigating and pursuing a number of claims on behalf of those who contracted salmonella in this unfortunate outbreak.
