Since my previous post about the death of an 11-year-old Atlanta girl who was struck by a hit and run driver, authorities have recently made an arrest of the alleged suspect. Atlanta police arrested Tory Fairchild, 23, in connection with the hit and run accident which left Terriona Ison dead last week. Fairchild has been charged with felony murder, vehicular homicide and numerous other charges relating to the tragic accident. There has been no word released why Fairchild struck the child and then carelessly left the scene of the accident. The investigation is still ongoing at this point and more information will be provided here as the case develops.
