Childers, Schlueter & Smith is pleased to announce Ashley Spires recently joined our team. Prior to joining the firm, Ashley was a partner with a National civil litigation defense firm where she successfully litigated and tried cases in defense of nurses, doctors, medical practices, product manufacturers and other Fortune 500 companies. She also has extensive experience handling toxic tort, premises liability, negligent security, automobile, and trucking accidents at the state and federal level. At Childers, Schlueter & Smith, Ashley handles a wide array of medical malpractice and product liability claims, including the representation of individuals who have suffered from Stevens-Johnson Syndrome (SJS) and Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis (TEN). She is also handling trucking and commercial vehicle accidents, as well as claims resulting from negligent security, daycare negligent supervision and dram shop liability. A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Ashley earned her Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law and obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi. She is licensed to practice in Georgia and Kentucky.
