Many times those uninformed about the personal injury litigation process can become frustrated about the length of time involved in getting their personal injury claim resolved. It is a conversation I have all too often but in doing so I realize how important it is to give my client the overall picture of the process right from the beginning-at the initial consultation. I have found when you have an informed client, the process always seems to run a little smoother and unrealistic expectations are kept to a minimum.
