Tractor Trailer Strikes And Kills Man In Wheel Chair

According to Greenville South Carolina authorities, the driver of a tractor trailer that struck a man in a wheel chair could face felony charges after causing the man’s death. According to eyewitnesses, John Wesley Holtzclaw, a sixty nine year old man, was operating his wheel chair on the side walk when the tractor trailer hit the man and drug him down the road. The driver was initially cited for improperly driving on the side walk but prosecutors expect other more serious charges to be filed in the coming days. At this time the name of the driver responsible for this fatal tractor trailer accident has not been released.
