After losing control of her vehicle and slamming it into a tree, a Greenville mother was tragically killed recently on Georgia Highway 18. Pereatha Hall, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident after suffering internal chest trauma in the auto accident. According to authorities, she was not wearing her seat belt at the time of the auto accident. Her 10 year old daughter was however wearing her seat belt and is expected to survive the collision after initially being rushed to Egleston Children’s Hospital in Atlanta.

Worley said investigators are still trying to find out why Hall’s car went off the road. He said Destiny said her mother was shaking and jerking, then passed out, symptoms Worley said might indicate Hall had a seizure while driving.
