A former star on Prison Break, a Fox drama series television show, Lane Garrison, has recently been charged felony vehicular manslaughter and DUI after his vehicle slammed into a tree killing his 17 year-old passenger. Garrison, in the television series, played the part of David “Tweener” Apolskis who was killed off the show last season. According to authorities, Garrison had a blood alcohol content level of .20 percent and was also noted to have cocaine in his system shortly after the fatal car wreck on December 2, 2006. Two other girls, both 15-years old were also injured in the car accident and had to seek medical treatment for their injuries. According to the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, Garrison faces up to six years and 8 months of prison time if convicted.
