Fatal Drowning Occurs At Goldstar Park

The drowning of a 17-year-old boy who died at a local park is now under investigation in Elmore County. The drowning which occurred earlier this week happened at the Goldstar Park in Alabama. Witnesses indicated the teenager was seen swinging on a rope into the water shortly prior to his death but never surfaced again after doing so. Although the name of this young man has not yet been released, the investigation continues in order to determine what caused this tragic drowning.
